Based in Brevard, North Carolina, we create unique outdoor experiences designed to reconnect people with nature and with each other. From guided coffee hikes to waterfalls to couple’s retreats our custom experiences are for anyone looking to enjoy time in the BlueRidge Mountains.
The idea for Nero began while founder Katlyn Mobley was thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. In the long-distance hiking world, a “nero” (pronounced nē-rō) means a near-zero mile day — a day to hike a little, rest, and fully enjoy where you are.
