The couples we work with want a ceremony in a beautiful place AND a memorable adventure together. A mountaintop ceremony with a fully-catered picnic, a post-ceremony mountain bike ride, or even an overnight backpacking trip. We are based in the Blue Ridge Mountains outside Asheville, NC and specialize in elopements and micro-weddings throughout Western North Carolina.

Remember your day with video and photo

We shoot in 4K and capture drone footage where permitted, delivering a cinematic highlight film alongside a full professional photo gallery. Every package includes both photo and video coverage — handled by one coordinated team so your day never feels like a production.

You will receive a 30-second teaser within days of your elopement, with your full highlight film and photo gallery to follow. We offer standalone photo or video packages as well for couples who have their own planning in place.

Full planning, start to finish

From your first inquiry to the moment you say "I do," we handle every detail. Location scouting, permit applications, vendor coordination, florals, accommodations, travel logistics, and a complete day-of timeline are all taken care of so you can show up and be present. Katlyn is also a certified travel advisor, making her particularly well equipped to help couples traveling in from out of state.

We work throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains and surrounding region, including Pisgah National Forest, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Max Patch, Black Balsam Knob, Nantahala National Forest, and private properties near Brevard. Whether you want a high-elevation summit with 360-degree views, a secluded waterfall, or an accessible overlook with no hiking required, we will find the right spot for your day.

As part of Nero Experiences, your elopement day can include things no other elopement service in western NC offers. Add a guided coffee hike, a backcountry private dinner, or outdoor sauna session to your ceremony day or the days surrounding it. Whether you want a single afternoon ceremony or a multi-day mountain experience, we will build it around you.

Wild Vows Package

Two-Day Elopement Experience

Our most comprehensive elopement experience, and honestly more of a mini mountain honeymoon with your perfect ceremony built in. Two full days in the mountains. One day is fully dedicated to your ceremony and full photo and video coverage, day two for a custom adventure of your choosing.

What couples commonly do over two days:

Ceremony at a mountaintop or waterfall location on day one, followed by a private chef mountaintop private dinner and night in our Brevard cabin or we can use our network as a certified travel advisor to book other local accommodations of your choosing.
Day two is whatever adventure you and your partner enjoy together. It can be kayaking on the Green River, Whitewater rafting the Nantahala, mountain biking in Pisgah, rock climbing Looking Glass, or even backpacking a stretch along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Through our network of outdoor industry partners, all gear, guides, and logistics are handled - you just show up.

Includes up to three nights accommodations at our Brevard cabin, all florals, drone footage where permitted, a 4K highlight film, and your choice of guided adventure.

2. Blue Ridge Peak Package

Full-Day Elopement — Most Popular

One perfect full day in the mountains, approximately nine hours of coverage from first light to last. Enough time to do it all - ceremony, adventure, and celebration - without feeling rushed.

What couples commonly do in a full day:

Short morning hike to a beautiful summit for the ceremony, with video and photo coverage
Post-ceremony celebration with cake and beer/wine/mocktail of your choosing
Late lunch and guided adventure - short stand up paddle board trip, a scenic mountain bike ride, a waterfall hike - while captured on photo and video as well as giving you time to just enjoy the day.
Optional overnight at our Brevard cabin at a discounted rate or access to our professional travel advising services at no additional charge

3. Mini-Adventure Elopement Package

Half-Day Elopement

Five hours of photo and video coverage, full planning and location selection, florals, and a two-hour post-ceremony adventure of your choosing. The most accessible experience, without compromising on planning or quality.
